Anybody have a Phoenix Fork and Phoenix deck?

The reason i am wondering is that im currently riding the two and the rises for the headset and fork doesn't fit right and the fork grinds against the bottom of the head tube. The race that came with the headset doesn't fit onto my fork so i have to put 2 integrated races on it so it fits and wont grind against my head tube of my deck.... Can some one please provide some reasons of how i can fix this problem. PLEASE
