kinda, i'm really rough on shoes. i wear out the grip and random holes get everywhere. It might be because I wear running/athletic shoes when i ride, haha. i just got some skate shoes today though, and hate them, they're weird.

you probably let your foot drag off the side of your deck or something while you ride. Thats how my shoes get fucked over

yes. holes are the result of constant wear and tear. this is a common problem that affects many people.

running/athletic shoes have way more arch and stuff to them and the bottoms usually arent the most grippy. Skate shoes are nice and flat and have the most surface area, and usually a really thick sole for durability. All skate shoes seem to be comfortable, the only shoes that really break free from durability are Vans for sure lol. (and im talking like the retarded vans, not their like 'actual' skate shoes)

yeah I just got some 20 dollar skate shoes from walmart (too poor to get decent ones) and i don't like them, the flatness throws me off, i'm too used to athletic shoes to ride them. i do wear them down fast, it only takes like a month for the grip to completley wear down.
