Anyone good in cars? Found a AEM part.

Okay, I was scooting in a alley with all these gaps, Then these 2 black 2007 BWM's pull up in a black suite ( XD ) and drop off this pipe leaning by a building/garbage dump, So after 20 mins to see if anyone would take it, But no one had even tried to find/take it, So I brought it home to observe.

I belive its a AEM Ram Intake Pipe?
( Sorry, I could only take pictures with my vid. camera, :( and It was during a video, plus i lightened it a bit more in PS, and sharpned it. but hope this gives you the idea of it )

ahaha, I wondering if its worth any.

P.S. I REALLY DIDN'T STEAL IT IN A WAY.

It was leaning on a garbage dump for Christs sake. And plus I waited to see if it was supposed to be dropped off.
So there you have it!

the garbage had a lock on it too, So maybe they were thowring it away, you know? I waited about 20 or more minutes to see if someone was going to get it.

So, I'm sort of not stealing. They could of probably want to throw it away, But the garbage had a lock on it so you couldn't get in there, plus the fact its leaning on the garbage.

Yeahh, I'm pretty sure they would be throwing that away.

Only thing is I'm pretty sure they wouldn't throw something thats worth alot away haha.

well from my previous playing of nfs i remember that AEM parts were freiken expesive, take pictures and bring them to a mocanic and ask him what it is and what it's worth. then sell it on ebay and make some $$$

its a cold air intake for a car...depending on the version (v1 or v2) they go from about 150-350..that one looks to be a v1, so i would say you could probably get about 150 out of it. also it depends on what car its for..prices are different for each..i was going with prices for a honda civic.

if you were going to put it on ebay you would need to know which car (make, model, etc.) its for..or else no one will buy it..no point in buying something for your car if you dont know that it will fit.

and yea like Richard said..they are not very strong..would bend on the first grind.
