I've had it for a long time, its just a 4 x 20 deck tho.

they haven't made proto necks for over 2 years...

I think they have made them as they have the new ones with cut outs at the headtube, i think it is just that they aren't for sale yet.
also honestly i suggest you just buy another deck, for the price you could get a newer more comfortable deck, where are you from (roughly) as then we could direct where to buy a deck. I recently bought an unfair deck for 80 euros and it feels really nice
