Any wheels i get they always end up chunking after like a month and a half because i only ride street so before i spend another 80 dollars on a pair of wheels that are gonna chunk does anyone who rides street no of a wheel they havent chunked?

Not down to get wheels that are 80 a wheel i just wanna know like affordable wheels maybe like which are better julios or sliders

Where in the world do you live? Phoenix wheels cost like 50 - 55 each in Aus
I'd personally choose Sliders, but I have heard good things about Julios, I've just never ridden them and Protos look better IMO

i dont mean to be posting/repping this everywhere, but im being honest when i say madd gear aero (end of days) wheels are the best i've ridden.

i've had a pair for more than a year and ridden them on so many setups, sometimes my riding is tough, or its sketchy, or clean. But after having these wheels for more than a year, im amazed to see that theres no damage to them whatsoever. Theyre soft too so it feels better when riding.

If anything, they'll just dehub, but they'll never chunk. They last pretty long if you ride clean and all so imo theyre worth getting.

But if you'll never get them because theyre madd gear, then i have nothing else to say.

i have seen these dehub in a day but other seem to last. as for me i am currently riding crisp wheels. I know there have been some defects and that they are heavy but the ones i have ridden have lasted really well aside from the defects which crisp replaced quickly, free and without hassle, also i got them for £5 each new (including smooth bearings worth that price alone) in a ridiculous sale which is why i bought them, not the best wheels out but best for that price inc. bearings
in comparison protos are like £35 each here

haha yeah but i shred sliders to how much do you go thru wheels? Since you ride on sketchy stuff
Like sliders last me, probably 5-6 months riding hard pretty much every day on shitty street spots and gnarly parks.

I had MGP aeros for a while, 110mm ones and I can say they are really good. I also had some French I.D ones for a while, they were okay once worn in properly. I have ridden so many wheels and my favourites for durability are SOA wheels, can't get them at the moment but will be able to soon.
