AO Epsilon grind plate questions

Hey guys I'm looking into buying the Epsilon but I'm concerned about the grind plate. How fast does the grind plate wear out like if you own one how fast do you go through them? Also does anyone know where you can get the grind plates in Australia? All I know of is Mothership but then I would have to pay almost $100 because of shipping.

I've only seen one grinded through. Just try not to grind unwaxed ledges a lot, and it'll last longer.

I have one, have had it since christmas. Hit nasty ass street ledges all the time and doesn't grind through as fast as you think. Feels so nice on street ledges (;
