Apex Quantum fork problem

After about 4 months of using my Apex Quantum forks, I got new wheels and wanted to put them on. When I undid the axle, the wheel was surprisingly hard to take off, and I am having trouble putting wheels on. I presume that the fork has been tightened too tight to tightened for too long. Is there any way I can widen the fork to put a wheel in? o_O

Don't buy overpriced, overhyped stuff in the first place.

Try using a triangular piece of metal or wood & stick your fork on there. Then softly tap it with a hammer. Not too far otherwhise you fuck it up again. then pull it off again and install your wheels
