Are French ID Forks 1-piece now?

I got this off of k-124.co.uk:

- Replacement scooter forks from French ID.

no the base is one piece

the legs are 1 peace cnced but the fork tube is appoxied into the legs

yea they havent changed anything. that description is just rele old
