are std + internal (semi integrated headsets) better than integrated ones?

read (if you havent already) the article and you will see what i mean, having built in headset cups is bad in some ways such as and ovalised headtube etc. read the article for more reasons

been through this before on the madd forum, headtubes dont ovalise as long as you keep your headset tight, internal are just heavier, larger which means more material and not as cheap

1. You can't put an internal headset on any current scooters in production.
2. The article doesn't really say they are better than integrated. If they were better, they would be the standard.
3. None of these are very relevant with scooters.

in aus we atleast 3 brands with them, mainly the bmx manufactured ones and they are nothing but a hassle
