Are there multiple models of the Razor Pro scooter?

Notice the clear wheels? Compare them to the red wheels.

The front clear wheel is quite a bit larger than the front red wheel for some odd reason, leading me to believe there is more than one make of this particular model.

So whats the deal? Do some come with larger wheels? If so, which model is a better buy?
