well either way it makes me feel better. I could see how we misunderstood what they where trying to do. But it still doesnt change the fact that they shouldnt be sawing scooters in half in the first place hahah

I mostly ride BMX and scoot on the side, when my bike is broken and such. I have always liked Colony, and supported them, but I will never buy another product of theirs new. Maybe if its second hand, but they dont get the money that way. I personally think this would be OK, if they were donating to more unfortunate kids, like ones that never get anything on Christmas/Xmas.

They are just saying that to try and get themselves out of it.
That was their intention, but it backfired on them, so now they are trying to say they had different intentions.

Why would they get a lawsuit? They aren't targeting people, they are targeting scooters. It's not like they are asking to send in a scooter rider and then they will execute them...
