how do you take the bearing race on the fork off?
and Im pretty sure how to take the headset cups out but I need clarification
help is appreciated

to get the race off you take the fork out and flip it upside down get a flat head screw driver and hit it with a hammer.... to get your cups out you put the screw driver in the headtube/neck and hit the screwdriver with a hammer
