Slamm Scooter Rattle

My son has a slamm rage II scooter that rattles everytime he rides it. I've checked both wheeks and they are fine. You can wobble the deck where the bars go in. I've checked tightened with a spanner as much as i can but it still wobbles.
Has anyone else had this problem?
How can I fix it

Yeah i had this, either the bearings are slipping in there recesses in the wheel or its just the brake. I'm not really sure if you can fix either of these, if you search the forum a bit you may find some solutions.
Also make sure your headset is tight.

Cheers for the quick reply. Did you replace the brake/wheel to fix the rattle?
The headset is as tight as it can be but the deck still has some movement, I wouldn't expect any movement
