Ok i've looked through all 18 pages of this thread to find these questions but they havn't been posted so yeah.

What is a headset?,
What material should I use to make my bars cause my custom alu bars are bending?
and is there any way to bolt a micro bullet foldy?

i've been on SR for a while but those things I still don't know

a headset is the system that lets your scooter spin.
its located on the top and bottom of your headtube, theres rings with, small balls in the rings that spin on your bars and fork.
most headsets on bikes/scooters are standard 1-1/8". bikes have headsets, scooters have headsets, shopping carts have headsets, almost everything that spins.

two questions:

First, what is tranny?
And second, what does XD mean?

tranny is transition - basically pipes (half pipes, quarters etc.)
and XD is a smiley which means laughing really bad or dead , kinda lol

Sweet thanks Chase, but when he says pull off the knob on the end of the bolt does he mean the folding lever? And there is only 2 bolts on a 08 pro, I'm confused haha.

There are 3 PINS.

The lowest pin is the pivot pin. The middle pin is the locking pin. The top pin is the lever pin. ALL 3 need to be removed and ALL the internal parts need to be gutted out before you can put solid bolts through.

Thanks Andrew, it's a bit hard to see since the video is in low light, I was wondering about the locking pin because the hole it goes in isn't circular. I though the bolt might move up and down after I put it in. Would this happen or would it stay in one place?
