Those are called grips.
and the headest is all brand new, i decided i needed a change
So new compression nuts, new bearings, etc.
Lets just say, still spins like a merry-go-round on speed.

Loveday, if that is an eagle, i have no idea about your wheel set-up.
You have it on the wrong way around?
Shouldn't it be hard plastic core front, medium, metal core back?

And they're pretty much a stock standard set of bars, nothing special, same width everything would normally be.
