Since you asked. Haha.
1. The ID is too small. Bars dont fit on the fork.
2. Recked the thread trying to get them on so my scooter was stuffed because the headet nut wouldnt come off because it was stripped.
3. Filed the inside down with a sand drill. Finally they fitted.
4. After that i broke 2clamps because the OD is to big, stretching them over the bars.
5. Then i had to sand the outside down for the clamp to fit.
6. Now because its so thick and heavy there's a mega weak spot were i sanded it down because its thinner.

same problem happened with mine, except i internally welded a bored out piece of mild steel into it so it would fit clamp's and the forktube, may i say ryan keong sucks ass at making bars?
