I remember a while ago someone was guna start making these... did this ever happen?

if not, how many people would be interested in these? I am thinking about making some with chromoly steertube and steel crossbar. any suggestions for other metals would be great.

The price will probably be around 100, 120AUD. I am not really sure as i havent gotten quotes for metal yet.

I would like to see how much interest there is before I decide how many stems to order.

mmmmmmmmm tom grey was one of the guys with that idea and i think they made one but thats it i think idk if they made more but if they did i guess it would be just for him and other people he knows?

yeah, i made 1 pair for testing because the steertube is a little bit to small on the stem and a little bit to big on the forks. they sort of work but i am thinking of getting some alu made specially because my mate at school's day own a company that produces alu. and it is Tom GrAy with an A.

Its not the wrong size. The metal is like 0.8 mm too small that's all. i just had to wrap it in a little aluminium foil.

I'd be interested but do more research and find out how much it really costs.

ive gotten quotes for stems, just not the tubing. I am also hoping by the time im able to purchase the stems the aussie dollar is worth more.

i will go see about tubing once ive finished work as i now know exact sizings.

quotes will be for steel crossbar and aluminium/chromoly steertube.
