This is a noob question but how do you make the avatar appear ive got it on photo bucket but its not working and im putting the url like it says in the news headlines

it didnt work and i resized it to i put url or share url,direct link,html code or img code on photo bucket

1. Use direct link (no img code)
2. Make sure when you resized it, it wasnt any bigger than 100x75.
