so how much do you have to cut your fork and what happens if you cut it to much

i think you only have to cut it like 3/4- 1" at the very most. if you cut it too much then it probably wont grip as well and might twist on you

just use a bike washer and u dont have to cut ur fork

Look at the store, Andrew wrote what you have to do. It's a half inch that you have to cut, at least from what already worked for a normal SCS. That means that it might be different for a FrenchID fork. Or do what Matthew said and use a spacer.
