dont even try it without a fomepit unless u can do it on a tramp scooter or sumfin. and even then ur stupid to do it straight to concrete. maybe use a matress!!
try to get a gym mat sort of thing, abit like a resi, and just say to urself it will probably be the only opportunity u get to flip and just do it. COMMIT!!!!!!
All you got to do is commit and just throw it. They are so easy its like doing a 360 but easier

I never landed or tried a backflip before not even with a mat on a trampoline nothin! With or without my scooter.
Then one day at the skate park my friends said they'd spot me i'm 16 and weigh 135 so there was like 6 people up there. I just hucked acouple but didn't even need them i fully rotated every try but just couldnt land it. After like 6 tries i overrotated got the wind knocked out of me so stopped for the day. Then sprained my ankle a week ago so have tryed em since.
