bar chips?

where i bought my bars kids were demanding black cuz they didn't have any in that color. but what i didn't know was that he had powder coated straight over white powder coat not sanded or nothing and they chip so easy and the size of the chips are massive is any way to cover them up.

Raw the bars, then get them re powder coated or just clear coat them s the dameage can get no wose. Or paint over chips with cheap ass black paint??

Sand that shit off, then paint it with spray paint and clear coat or powdercoat and clear coat, whatever is your preference.
