ok i have an idea for one piece bars i thought this up while sitting on the bus listening to me ipod but yeh i want someone to make these and sell them obviously i want some bars but we'll talk details later.

Sounds like a good idea but the fork reinforcement would be so unnecessary to attaching to the crossbar.
If you only make it go like a quarter way up the steertube that would be G.

the reason it attaches to the crossbar is so the fork tube has no room to move and therefore not snap if you did it half/quarter way like you said the force put on the steer tube when the fork is under pressure is so unbearable that it will not only break the fork but break your steer tube as well. so is anyone going to make these?

yea ur right, i'd be a cool design, but the problem is... weight

with that kind of design though it would probably be strong enough to make out of aluminium, if not, then you could have cromoly fork re-inforcement and aluminium bars or the other way round

yeah thos would be so heavy. if there was spacers every couple inches inside the steertube, it would be very strong. but too heavy

ffs that idea looks good i wouldnt care about weight id rather be hauling a 5kg scooter than a 200g scooter it just feels right plus it way solidd

ifu do break the reinforcement just cut it off at the base and then u just have normal one pieces. guys ive thought about this alot. so is anyone going to make em?

i tried them but they said the'll think about i really need someone in their team to talk to them about seriously looking into the idea of manufacturing the bars.

yeh ive seen your ones before but not before i thought of my idea. not being meen but i think those bars are very ugly the bars i have a still following the original concept of one piece bars so they look better than your bars.

i like the sounds of your idea and they would
still look like normal one pieces. ya i also
think it could be alum cuz how strong the plans
for them look. or 4130.
