Bar measurement help

Ok so I'm getting my first pair of Bol bars and I want to make sure the measurements are just right. I don't want them to be too high or too small or to where ill grow out of them too fast. I was thinking like 21 height by 22 width. If you think I should get a different width please give me your input. Oh btw I'm like 5'5- 5'6

Oh and is it ok to have your bars 1 inch wider than thy are tall?

It looks really goofy if you do that, you want to get your bars right below your waist, its the most comfortable, and will really save your back in the future.

would you say 21 by 21 or 22 by 22 would be the best?

get them bigger if you are concerned- easier to cut them down than make them taller or wider. You can cut bars with a regular Hacksaw.
