bar problems

I have my own bars that I made. I put the little slits on the bottom to get it over the fork but despite having a re-enforced fork (added length) I can not get my bars to stay tight. I tryed shims and they didnt do much, any tips????

Tighten your clamp more? Either that or you're screwed and got the wrong size metal tubing to make your bars with...

ya dude i had the same problem, try useing more then one clamp and if you can use a triple if it will still touch the fork to the bars.
i had to make like costom clamps to keap mine from bending back. pissed me off.

Do that. Use the fork reinforcement mod. Theres a video on how to do it in the scooter modding super thread. I was having a problem with my rads not staying on last week when i switched back to razor forks and Frank gave me this hugeeee fork and im good now.

I already have my fork re-enforced but I think ive got the problem solved now. thanks zak ploof I wound up using a ton of clamps and some other ghetto stuff to hold them together.
