Bar question...

Total noob question, but how do you measure your bars to see the height on them? By taking them off and measuring from the top to bottom, or from the head tube all the way to the top of the bars?

^^^ put a piece of tape stretching from bar end to bar end and measure up to the middle of that.

Ummm. Well technically yes but people do say that crows feel smaller than they really are. Shouldn't really be a problem.
