hey i wanna know where you get the bar reinforcements

and how do u make it stay in the bar

and i tryed putting some like reinforcement but there was something in the middle

so wtf do i do???

I heard go-ped riders shove a wooden pole in theyr bars, isn't too heavy but helps alot...
That's what I've heard...

i try then the pole broke coz there was some shit in the middle of the bar (in side the bar)
