i have barspins and oppo bars on lock. but when i try to catch the first and throw the rewind it kinda gets stuck in my hand.

so basically and tips/tricks on how you change the direction of the bar?

Catch and then throw don't like slap it as soon as it comes around

I just throw the first bar like 270° and then I let my catching hand push it back around if that makes sense
