I would

just get something to wipe ALL the grease out in the cups the fork and the bearings, then put it back together.
You could put oil in it, but i never do and my bars will spin for over half a minute and still not wiggle or make any noises when i drop it.

Yes i tried headsets, but i really dont think it makes a difference, you just got to be really good with fixing stocks up.

actually i ride a stock headset that runs super fast i meant to type who wouldnt fix a stock h/s to make it better

i think its opinion on bmx headsets:

i prefer them however lots of people can like quad/quint whip etc with a cleaned up stock

Yeah basically to all the new people that think their gonna get better getting a BMX headset, you won't get any better, and having a cool looking scooter with an FSA won't get you much respect haha.
