Bar whip help

So i used to get these when i had my rup. but now i can only either get them 1 foot or i either end up not even on the deck after i do the bar

If you had them and lost them, just keep practicing.

kick the whip right after the bar and ya just keep practicing

with the foot you kick with, keep it as far back on the deck as you can, makes it easier to kick it faster and get it back on
