I've never been able to do this trick. I really can't get anywhere close but I really want to learn them.

The problem is I can't late tailwhip, any tips?

Make sure you completely catch the bar & have full control of your scoot, then just tail whip.

Stay over your scoot.

It's hard to explain, I usually do whip bars but bar whips I just throw them...... I guess make sure you catch the bar as high as you can then just whip.

Wow this Srfreak dude is really trying to get his post count up. But yeah on bar whips, I find it a bit easier to kick the whip with my back foot. Just start by jumping and getting used to pushing the deck out late. It's all about practice really, you'll learn it soon enough. Good luck!

Just try and throw a whip as late as possible flyout or something, get comfortable with that. Throw the bar, make sure you catch it, then throw the whip. It takes a bit of getting used to but once it clicks they're pretty easy.

I don't think that's the case at all. And yes I also try to do it with my back foot but it just doesn't work. I tailwhip really funny

i had a heard time learning bar to whips because whip to bars were so much more natural for me. one idea might be to try like a one hander to whip or x-up to whip or something.. the timing will help. its all about getting your bar caught with plenty of time to throw the whip though. i have to do the bar and kind of muscle the whip around its just catching it high enough, etc. keep getting the motion and practicing you will get it :)

the most important thing is dont get the two all jumbled up. its a bar TO whip. so make sure that you throw the barspin, catch. Then after you gotta muscle the whip out like A-Brad said. it will take a while but you aren't going to get it if you dont treat them as two separate tricks, cause in reality thats what it is.

front foot centre of the deck and try not to think about the tailwhip concentrate on the barspin then eventually you will just be able to sweep your front foot :) its the 1 trick i learnt with fly outs though really you wanna find a nice kicker ;)
