yea see the whole point of this thread was just to show bar width isnt a factor in ur riding just a part of style/ being comfortable... thanx for no one else flipping like stan haha

i ride 15. I had 18 but bars are no fun. Maybe its because I was riding a gigantic heavy thick black steal pipe and when i went to spin the bars it went down and when i missed the grips i got whacked by black steal. I think I hate 18s but I dont know until I ride them lighters compared to the rest of the bars.

I think mine are like 15 but I started at like 17 and just cut until it felt right

Id just say get wide bars and keep cutting them until you get what you want, sounds like a bit of work but you only need to do it once and then you got perfect bar width for yourself.

17 wide, personally I hate bar width drama. dan barrett rides stocks and jon reyes rides narrow buffs, I could watch them both ride all day, so much style. Wide bars doesn't automatically give you style, it doesn't automatically make you smoother. Bar width has nothing to do with your style, if you kill street you're gunna kill street with or without wide bars, same with parks and flat

they take about 2 weeks to get used to wides from stocks, you'll have all your tricks back in no time.


If you're gonna be riding street, imo 16-18 wides are probably a decent width. For park, I'd say 18-20 imo. Your bars should NEVER GO PAST SHOULDER WIDTH on a scooter though, ever.

stock is ok for me. i like my 15's though. its shoulder with (yes im small) i rode 17's and 18's and i dont like it. small bars are deff more street unless you have lots of steeze
