bar wobbles and the bar can be turned by feet

Last week i bought my self a new bar and a new scs(district) and now one bolt is already striped and the bar goes cricket all the time and the bar is a little bit wobbly even if i tighten up the headset i got a smx fork and i use 2 spacers what could be the problem is it only the striped bolt or is it more?

might be the bolt or the spacers, do the bars move back and forth in the SCS or does the whole SCS move back and forth?

Does it move the fork too or does the SCS just tilt back n forth with the bars?

Might either be the spacers or the bolt, which one stripped?

Buy a new bolt and you should be good.

well today i was riding again and it started being all wobly and shaky so i tried some stuff like not using a topcap and well..now there are 2 striped bolts at my clamp the first one and the last one...
