But if you don't know who I'm talking about go to Youtube and watch the video's of the Rodney King riots. That's what happened when the police just used too much force. Can anyone imagine the backlash from assassinating Obama? The country would become a war-zone. No one is racist enough to destroy the entire country. I figure most of ignorant fools who thought of it also thought of what would happen if all of the US went up in a riot and that's probably the reason they haven't done anything already.

Look how many times there have been assassination attempts on a president and race wasn't even a factor .If he did get assassinated the country wouldn't become a war-zone,Rodney kind riot happened because the police used excessive force,not because some random guy didn't want to have a black guy as president.

- has a ten trillion dollar debt.
- has the worst economical crisis in decades.
- was lied to about everything for the past 8 years.
- has people who might get away with torture.
- has a prison where it illegally tortures detainees held with no probable cause.
- has legislation which allows you to be legally tortured and have your house searched without a warrant all under the implication of you being a "terrorist".
- is still on the no child left behind system, which absolutely ruined our educational system by focusing only on standardized tests and taking money away from those schools who need it the most.

the list is endless, our country is in absolute shambles right now. obama gives hope to all of us that the old image of our country will be restored and we will once again be respected throughout the world. he offers hope to all the little kids who thought they could never be president because they were black and would never even think of shooting for something like that. he has brought nearly our whole county together and made people get passionate about politics like they never have before.

personally, i don't care about those who voted against him because he was black; nor do i care about those who voted for him because he was black. i read both candidates stances on every issue that is important to our country and have found that beyond all the bullshit of the election, barack obama best represents my views for the country and offers something different than what has absolutely ruined our country for the past eight years. i really hope and believe that he will do an excellent job, and i am absolutely thrilled to see everything play out. needless to say, tomorrow will be awesome.

Of course there have assassinations and attempts on presidents before with no race factor but that's my fucking point dude. RACE IS A FACTOR this time around even if he is attacked for other reasons the man is still black and it will still be viewed as a hate crime by the majority of the country. Rodney King happened because a group of WHITE cops beat up a BLACK man and DIDN'T get in trouble for it till later after the riots happened. Solely for the fact that he is black if he is assassinated it will be worse then the Rodney King riots. I don't even know what you're trying to argue here but believe what you want but I don't think he will be assassinated. I'm not even worried about it.
