do it VT style and attach your fork to a truck with a rope, and attach your bars to another truck facing the opposite direction and then get two people to drive both trucks forward :)

Put oil under the steertube under the clamp so oil drips in between your forktube and inside of your steertube. Put it in a vice and twist around and pull if you need to.

didnt that happen to u steven esposito
Yeah it did. I put WD-40 in the slits of my bars so it drips into the fork tube and I let it sit over-night, then when I woke up I put the fork in a vice and twisted the bars and they came right off.

Hayden if its still my set up your riding put wd40 in the slits let it sit for like a minute then find somthing that you can perfectly fit the fork in so the fork with not move but the bars will and then twist the bar hard and it should budge and keep twisting it until its pretty easy and it should pull off. I'm pretty sure its doing that because the fork tube is rust because it's steel, and it happened too my before on that scooter, after you get it off your best bet would be clear coating just the forktube to prevent rusting. Hope this helps.
