Yeagh u cant make youre one piece bars any higher than they r, just buy new ones.

Fork spacers, or just screw few more of the nuts onto your fork if you have a threaded...if your fork tube is long enough ofc...

no, dont do that, thats 70 dollars for what? At that point, buy new bars, and sell the ones you have. Not to mention you need that threadless fork and headset if you dont already have one, and yo dont even need one? It's a compression system, not a make your bars 2 inches high machine.
