bars tweak, clamps tight

can someone help my out here? i have a razor ultra pro, with proto t bars, razor threaded forks, razor headset... etc
and i have three razor double clamps on it
so i dont know what im doing wrong but i put the headset on and then i put the bars on, tighten the clamps, and i tighten them really really tight (ive broken two allen wrenches trying to make them as tight as possible becaus of this tweaking problem i have) but my bars still tweak
i dont know what im doing wrong or what parts i need so can somebody help me?

this. no matter how tight ur clamp is, ur bars will still tweak unless you tighten your headset

yeah but like if i tighten it, my bars are really hard to turn, if i loosen it, they tweak...

run threadlock compression. get a threadless headset and use your lock nut and tighten it down

NO! don't get a new headset! It's a waste of money... Just take your original headset apart.(Most likely a razor stock??) and pack it with grease. I use white lithium grease and my stock headset spins like a dream. I use the brand below. It is only like 3 dollars a tube and it will last you a lifetime.

Same thing happens to me except I have a reventon phoenix wedge forks and a grenade clamp an no matter what I do my bars tweak. A question once I tighten my headset should I be able to spin my SCS with some force ? Oh and when ever I'm tightening my bolts on the clamp or the compression bolt I get clicking sounds when it's not even tight. HHHHEEEEELLLP !

idiota, i recomend removing at least one of the double clamps, and tightening the headset and clamp.... thats all thetweak possibly could be, i suggest you buy really good allen keys if you keep breaking them, and new bolts for the clamp so you can tighten harder, also get a shim and strech the clamp over it then put it on, it'll increase how far the clamp will tighten and may help too.
