i doubt it i just checked to see if my headset was tight nd i turned it till it couldnt go no more lol

get 2 3/8 and 1 5/16. put the 5/16 in the bottom hole, and the 3.8 behind the headtube and in your folder slot. behind hte headtube it will be hard to get it in, but just get it lined up and bang it in there as hard as you can and it will work.

i noe thts wut i did i got both 3/8 in and the 5/16 but for some reason i think its my headse beacause like im grabbing it from the headtube and trying to wiggle it and it wont wiggle but when i grab it from the headset and wiggle it it wiggles

ppl i ride with plus me use a larger high tensile bolt instead of the 5/16, its hard to explain, but its so tight, and it works great

ya you just turn the little unit that covers the bearings

and that should make them stop wiggling

tighten the nut above the headset then the piece that cover the balls

or u could just get three new a back axles if i can find them and use those with bearings as spacers
