BARS

the Frenchid bar is a proto , the model is about the second proto's serie ,
it's particulary normal that they broke , a proto is made to broke , to study where they broke
then to made the bars better , as bmx companies ( same with rad bars i think )
We had already put the thickness of 2mm to 3mm , more , it's aluminum7005 ,
so it wouldn't have to broke ( the 5 others riders don't have broke their bars or view a
weakness here )
Or it's simply a fabrication's defect ( bubble in the steel for example ) or something
like that , there is often fabrication's errors for protos at Taiwan
In All case if it's not a defect , we will put gussets , or butted bars ( if there is
butted bars, that will be expensive , we will see)
So we promise when the bars come out , there is no defect anymore ; )
plus more asthetic 'n lighter than steel ... xD

If you're saying there are alot of fabrication defects, then nobody will buy that bar, logically.

No man, all bars we make for the moment are PROTOTYPE ( we make piece one by one , very long , very expansive , very hard to build )
We try them to see where are the problem, and to know how we can make it better. It's the best way to make the best bar, the best scooter.
We make juste 8 bars, then we send it to the team members who try them and ride them hard. When a bar break, we look where's the problem, and we try to resolve it.

the process to build in the real serie will be different , many models .... they don't will have defaults XD

There is only 3 big factories in world wich make bmx, all are in taiwan.. ( and one or 2 little in USA ) We make our Bars in on of them.

i make my bars at a lil bmx factory here =], my bars are ok, i've never had a problem with them, just at tic cuz it was my first prototype , i've been riding mine 4 months and its ok =]=]

Man, im sure you're bars is good like RAD bars. But they are in STEEL. ^^
we're making ALUMINIUM bars, not STEEL bars.
Steel bars are easy to make, but heavy.
We want to make something new, something better, in ALUMINIUM

for example : 470 grames for an bar 18 inch wide ( you can compare with your bars ^^ little diference ). our goal : finals models (which do not break) weigh less than 500 grams. ^^

Weight-freaks, haha. Heavier nose feels always better, and heavier bars are better for barspins, adds momentum ;)

Yes it is true, for some trics,
500 grams, it's just a bit less than the original model on the razor, and then something light you can add if you want, but something heavy you can't alleviate.

And knowing that all the parties that we are going to create will be in the same logic of weight/resistance , the weight proportions will be kept. ^^

Madis, do you came to contest in the Czech Republic?

If yes, I will show real models ;) XD

All's i've heard are good things about 'em. So i'll give them a try.
