Barspin help

im having trouble with barspins i can do them flat, but i dont really catch them, ive got the hand off motion perfect but when i try to do it off a bank or quarter i always mess up i either dont catch it, hit my wrist, dont commit, land and slip back. so if someone coul give me some advice or what helped you learn them that would be great

hold your hand out before the bars....... hold on ill take a pic

an then catch it when the hand you are holding out. also throw the bar with your other hand. hope that helped

Since this is here and it's not really worth a thread... When i barspin (flat) i can land it every few tries but when i do, my throwing hand is never catching the bar before it lands so i either land one handed or grab as fast as i can and have my throwing hand where the weld is.
any help?

comit there easy all u have to do is keep ur feet on
