Just to give you an idea of what to do, style is alot harder than tricks to get, that's why I think people should try and just get the idea of what they need to do, and go and learn it, that is my personal opinion though.

No Handers won't help you the least bit with barspins. Barspins are mostly what i do and i can't no hander worth a shit.Will Bied. said:Baspins are weird, they require balance on the scooter, without your hands on it.

Spinning the bars on something to get the feel of the catch
Tips:
-It helps alot to learn how hard to flick the bars, you may be flicking the bars too hard which is causing you to lose balance on your scooter.
-You may not be sucking the scooter up to your feet. This can sometimes be important.
How to: I was lucky on barspins, I had a large range of sized curbs to practice things on, for Barspins, there was a very small curb, no more than 3 inches, if you can find something like that it'd probably be easier.
Doing them on flat ground sometimes you can feel like you're not getting enough pop, or air to do a full barspin. And doing them off of big ledges or over stairs you will almost always lose control until you get the feel of the trick down. So it helps to find a good mid-sized curb to try this off.
Begin by rolling toward the curb or obsticle in which you'll begin your air, keep your body weight near the back of the scooter and act as though you're about to do a big bunny-hop over it, this will give you enough pressure so that your scooter will stay under you as you let your hands off the bars. Suck your body weight up so that your scooter will keep on your feet in mid air. (this also applys to No-handers)
Take one hand off the handlebars and "lightly" flick the bars around with the other hand. Keep light on your feet, do not apply any pressure downward or your scooter will fall out from under you. With the hand that you did not spin the bars with, keep open and ready to catch when your bars make a full rotation, catch as early as possible. Spot your landing, and ride away.
