Bearing broken?

Basically, I own a Crisp Ultima 2014, and I was riding it around in mud when the wheel jammed. I took it home and a couple of months later took the wheel off. I cannot spin the wheel when holding the bearings from inside the wheel, and the bearings do not spin. Is there a way to fix this? Or will I need to buy new wheels or bearings? Thanks in advance!

Just buy new bearings and clean the wheels very well from the inside where the bearings should go. Normally 4 bearings would cost 10-15$
