Bearing help

So I have the origional proto wheels and I just managed to get the bearings out but now I can't get my new ones back in. some videos said to get a zocetvsmaller than the bearing and put that on top of the bearing and hammer It it. When I tried that they went in but it ruined the bearings. What should i do know and yes I have installed bearings befor jst not on metal chores. Sorry for long post.

push one bearing in like even if its just bearly in there and put it in a vice and do that then put the spacer in and the other bearing and put it back in a vice

I don't have a vise any other suggestions?

put the bearings in the freezer, also keeping your wheels in the freezer helps, its bob burnquists trick

thanks rob that looks better than putting my bearings and wheels in the freezer p.s someone needs to make a super thread for this
