bearing stuck

my bearing in my metalcore exploded and now only the outerist rim of the bearing is stuck in the wheel..any ideas of how to get it out?

well this ones complicated, try taking apart a shitty bearing and reassembling the balls and the inner race inside the stuck part and hammer it out from there. or spray it with wd 40 and then hammer it out. oorrr take a torch to the wheel
