If you have a spacer in it, move the spacer to the side, so an axle can not pass through. Put the axle into the first bearing, but then being stopped by the spacer. Hit it with a mallet until bearing falls out. Then for the other bearing, take the same axle, place it on the inner ring then hit the axle with a mallet until bearing falls out.
If you do not have a spacer in it, take a bolt one size smaller then an axle and place it on the inner ring of the bearing aiming through the other bearing. Hit the bolt with a hammer until the bearing falls out. Repeat process for the other bearing.
