Bearings

Hello everyone i have a question about bearings. i use the bearings that come with razors, the abec 7 sealed, and i dont know how to take care/clean them. i know most people just wipe them with a cloth, but is there some secret cleaning/lubrication method? also, is it a good idea to pry off the seal to clean the ball bearings? THANX
