Yesterday we were at this spot called Suburban Kitchen. A few of my friends got tickets for skateboarding there before, but theres a sign that says no bikes or skateboarding. Anyway we were there for like 4 minutes, and they pretty much destroyed everything that was ridable there except like one wall ride. So me and Mike walked over to where we parked in the walgreens parking lot which is a grass gap away from the place, and im pretty sure Dan was like on the grass at the time. So Casey is still riding and a SUV cop pulls up to him and gets out... so Mike starts walking over, so i put my scooter in the grass and walked over, so did Dan, to see what was going on. Bad idea, he ended up taking all our names down and said we were trespassing, and theres a hidden ass trespassing sign at the place, except Casey was the only one still on the premises when the cop came. I hope it was just a write up, because my friends ticket was like $250. Mike got into an argument with the dude too. He was like isn't there a skatepark over in Bensalem, Mikes like yeah but its $10 and they don't let scooters in, hes like oh well you know how much a citation is going to cost you? Mike says we'll were not allowed in the skatepark and theres nothing we can do about it... stupid as hell. Im fighting it in court if we all get tickets in the mail.

doubt it. cops stopped us at city hall last year and my friends had to give them their info but they never got a ticket, and that was skating right in front of city hall so you should be alright.

if theres no where for you to ride and the skatepark doesn't let scooters in you most likely won't get a fine.
i had the same thing except we just got warnings everywhere and now we can ride where ever we want.
cops can't do anything because theres no more skatepark and theres not any close so we have an excuse.

I told him i didn't have mine, i didn't feel like walking to the car to get it, haha. I was thinking of lying about my name and shit, or saying i have diabetes and i need to go get something to eat and just leave, but i dont know what everyone else's reaction would have been to it. I found out its a $100 dollar fine if they do fine us.
