Being Thankful of things you take for granted

Im just thankful that everyone in my family is okay. I learned today that one of my good friends dads is in the hospital because of his diabetes. He would have died if it were not for his wife coming home and bringing him to the ER. Also hes going to be in the hospital for all of the Christmas season.

So if you all wouldnt mind could you say a prayer for her father? thank you
(ps. if you have anything to say about religion please just dont say it)
