I love the concert ones. But yea, maybe find more interesting angels?
edit:the last one, the camera ruined it. but i like how you can see all the glow sticks around peoples heads.

The thing with the band photos is that there's no emotion.
Not one photo shows me either the band's emotion, or the crowd's.
It doesn't really tell a story, other than this gig was super boring.
You need face on of one or the other. Get BEHIND the band, and shoot into the crowd, or vice versa. That way you get an emotion filled photo.

I agree with that, the band photos all look like b-roll stuff, kinda just like generic concert shots.
I remember my friend telling me that you always want to photograph something that has meaning, but the meaning isn't completely obvious, and that it should be appealing to the eyes as well. At least that's what I think he said. But you want to make a statement with what you photograph. Put thought into what each shot will look like and into what each shot will say. It's exactly like painting or recording a song except your canvas is your camera.
