i bent my bars pretty bad!!! iwas wonderign if there was a way i could bend em back with out weakening the metal???

no there isnt really, it shouldnt hurt them too bad, unless they are over 20 wide.

you can heat the metal and bend them back. I dont think it makes them any weaker but you can try.

and if ur not a weight freak you could take em to home depot and find an appropriately sized diameter metal tube thatll slide in and have a tight fit with the bars

blow torch, bend it, dip it in ice water.

The ice watter will cool it too quickly weakening or cracking it
