also try cleaning and soaking your bearings in alcohol for a bit. That makes them pretty fast too, without buying expensive skate bearings.

i just bought some new bones swiss and cant wait to test them out tomorrow. but just spinning them on the wheel they dont stop rolling. i got them for $37

I think that's a little too expensive for me. I'd probably just stick with no-name 7's.

I heard that if you take the bearings out of your wheels they get wrecked? What if you want to re-use the bearings after you break a wheel? do you just have to go and buy new ones. I just want to have this clarified.

if you break a wheel you can reuse them again if you dont damage them too much, red, bones or nijas are the best bearings i think

To take your bearings out, just use a screwdriver to pry them out. Dont put to much pressure on one side though. But if you buy skate bearings, they'll last for a pretty long time. You can also get the cheaper bones for around $20 from CCS or Active. Dont get Black Panthers though, they'll break in less than a week.
